1. All orders are shipped with Eparcel within Australia
  2. International is shipped with Airmail
  3. Once order has been placed and paid in full our aim is to ship your order within 7 business days not including weekends

Please NOTE that November- December is our peak time and also easter and I aim to have orders shipped between 7 – 10 business days not including weekends If you do require your item for a special occasion please contact us. Sometimes times do vary depending on the amount of orders placed. Also EASTER is our peak season MARCH- APRIL.
  5. If you have purchased one of our personalised plush toys we will not start your order until we have received a confirmation that our design proof is correct before we are able to create and ship your order. Please do check your junk mail incase you have not received your design proof to save delays with despatching your order.
  6. Orders are shipped from Ormeau- between the Gold Coast and Brisbane
  7. The below is a guide with the delivery once your order has been shipped. Not including the production time.

Express shipping – 1 -2 business days excluding remote areas.
Please note that Express postage option is only for quicker delivery not production time. Please contact us if your require your order for a certain date and we may be able to help you.
Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email with tracking details to keep track of your order.
Our postage prices are quoted by weight of total order.

RETURNS or REFUNDS

Please choose carefully when ordering your clothing or products. Decorated goods created as ordered ( correctly) will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or signifcantly different to the picture or product shown in discription. Please note that colours can differ slightly on different computer monitors and devices.
As quality issues rarely occur , usually we will ask to return the goods for inspection, LULLABY GIFTS  reserves the rights to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If LULLABY GIFTS deems your item is faulty a replacement item will be shipped subject to stock availablibilty.
In the event if your product is lost in transit, LULLABY GIFTS will not be held liable therfore recommends that you send via registered mail by your postal carrier.
Contact is to be made 7 days from receipt if faulty or incorrect of receiving your item.
All items have to be received in their original condition and packaging in an unworn and unmarked condition.

CLOTHING AND APPAREL

Sizes of rompers , coveralls and tees are as listed by manufacturer as per description
Hoodies/Jackets are in double sizes apart from the baby sizes 6m and 12m. Hoodies from toddlers are in double sizes as per description- size 00- 6/12m
Size 0 – 12/24m
Size 2- 2/3y
Size 4- 3/4 Then junior sizes are also in double sizes.
Customers will not be eligible for a refund or replacement
  • where errors are made by a typing error made by you over the internet
  • for defects that result in ordinary wear and tear or abnormal use.
  • or if you have changed your mind

Once item has been created unfortunately LULLABY GIFTS can not accept any changes once items have been stitched.
