Any orders that are placed with Afterpay and wish to be cancelled after an order has been made, there will be a fee withheld from your refund for change of mind as afterpay does not return the fee that is charged to merchants account for each order. Please choose carefully .
When will my order be shipped?
Our aim is to complete your order within 7 business days.
Sometimes times may vary during peak times such as November- December with christmas orders approx 10 business days before shipping and also the lead up to Easter MARCH – APRIL If you have any questions regards to production time please email me.Please note that production time is the time to create your order. Shipping time is the time your order has been shipped up until delivery of your items. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Can you deliver PO Boxes, Hospital and Work Places?
Lullaby Gifts use Australia Post Eparcel to deliver your order. You can request to have your order shipped to hospitals, PO Boxes or to a work address . With hospital deliveries please allow exra time to deliver to hospital to recipient. Please contact me prior to placing your order if you have any questions with hospital delivers to check there gifts will arrive in time whilst they are in hospital.
I’m ordering for someone, can I request a giftcard?
Yes you may request a giftcard to add to your order. Please add these details in the textbox provided at checkout.
If I’m ordering a Plush toy can I see a design proof before you create?
Yes with all plush to orders that are placed, once your payment has been received /cleared I will then email you a desgin proof before I stitch your order. Please allow a few days for your design proof. If you have not received your proof within 7 days please check your junk mail folders which sometimes can happen depending on your email accounts Your plush toy will only be created once I have received your confirmation email on your design if no changes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes Lullaby Gifts do ship internationally to most countries. If your country is not listed when placing your order, please contact me. Please allow up to 2 weeks for most countries to receive once shipped. New Zealand may only take approx 5 business days to receive once shipped. If you do wish to have your order received much quicker please contact me to quote you on express delivery. All international orders are shipped with airmal ( no signature or tracking) please contact us if you wish to include signature and tracking we can add this to your order for a small additional fee.
Where are your products created?
Lullaby GIfts are a 100% Australian owned and operated business where all your items are designed and created right here from QLD on the northern Gold Coast area.
Are your products safe?
Lullaby Gifts only stock high qualtiy items where they meet Australia safety standards to keep all children safe. WIth the plush toys they are tested and meet the Australian toy safety for children over 3 years. Please not that any ribbons or tags attached to your items or plush toys are not apart of the safety standards and must be removed before giving to your child.
Is GST included in price?
Yes items are all inclusive of GST. Once you receive your invoice via email , GST will be shown sepeately. No invoice will be sent with your gift.
How do I pay for my order?
Once you have placed your order, you can make payment through bank transfer , bank account details are shown at checkout if you have selected this option. Or through paypal with instant transfer. If you do not have a paypal account you can still make a a payment using paypals secure credit card payments. All orders are processed once payments has been cleared. If you have made a bank transfer you will receive an updated invoice to your email to let you know your payment has cleared into our bank account. Also we have Afterpay available. Please choose carefully when making an order through afterpay , if you wish to cancel due to change of mind, there will be a fee withheld from your refund as Afterpay does not return the fee if a cancellation occurs for your order.
If I have made a mistake with my order?
Lullaby Gifts aim is to create your order as quickly as possible, if you have a noticed an error with details etc on your order please do make contact with me as soon as possible If you order has not been created changes are made easily. So please do double check your details when ordering. Please also ensure you have entered your correct email address upon ordering to receive your copy of your invoice and details.
There is no refund on items once personalised. Please contact us ASAP as at times orders can be created quickly.

Returns or Refunds
Please choose carefully when ordering your clothing or Products. Decorated goods created as ordered ( correctly) will not be refunded unless the product is faulty or significantly different to the picture or product in description.
Faulty products must be returned within 7 days of receipt for inspection before a refund or replacement of stock will be issued. We may also require to have the item inspected by manufacturer whether or not a refund or exchange can be given.
All items must be in their original condition and packaging in an unworn, or unmarked condition.
Sizes of clothing are as listed by manufacturer. Sizes for the rompers and teeshirts are as shown on the website.
Sizes of Hoodies- are as shown on the website. Childrens hoodies are in double sizes.Size 2, 4, 6, 8 etc. therefore sizes in babies are – size 00- 6/12m, size 0- 12/24m, size 2- 2/3 years, size 4- 3/4 years.
Items for a exchange or refund if faulty
Customers will not be eligible for a refund or replacement
- where errors have been made by a typing error by you over the internet
- for defects that are result for ordinary wear and tear or abnormal use.

If Lullaby Gifts have asked to return an item for inspection- we can not be responsible for any loss or damage while in transit and therefore advise you to take out shipping registration with your postal carrier.
